Power International Holding (PIH) signed an agreement with Leena AI, the global employee experience platform, to transform its employee experience using the Artificial Intelligence technology.

Phase 1 of the implementation has resulted into creating a friendly AI personal assistant in the form of Daizy available 24/7 to all employees on all internal communication platforms including their mobile phones and able to instantly answer and resolve most of their queries.

While in phase 2 the technology will have additional capabilities to include a larger scale of integration and automation of HR processes and workflows.

The agreement was signed by Murad Sahawneh, Group Chief Human Resources Officer of PIH, and Ajay Pathak, Regional Sales Director of Leena AI.
