His expertise also extends to other major developments and key infrastructure initiatives. Nasser has also served as the CEO of Qatari Diar, one of Qatar’s leading real estate companies and as Chairman of QDVC, among other influential roles. Eyad Abdulrahim is a seasoned finance professional with over 25 years of experience leading finance departments in top companies across the Middle East and GCC. He has held executive roles across diverse businesses, demonstrating expertise in finance, governance and strategic growth.
Eyad has served on numerous regional and international boards and has been key in driving initiatives for organizations including Emaar, Al Futtaim Group Real Estate and Arab Bank. He has led successful IPOs, major restructurings and complex financial transactions.
A respected leader in the MENA and GCC finance communities, he holds an MBA and a degree in Accounting and Finance. His career reflects a proven ability to lead transformative change within the finance sector.

Omar Al Salihi is a seasoned Professional Engineer with extensive expertise in engineering, management and specialty projects. As the Managing Director of International Design & Consultant Company, the flagship Design & Project Management division of Power International Holding, he plays a pivotal role in leading multidisciplinary teams across diverse operations.

Dr. Mohammed T. Aba Al-Khail is a highly respected business leader and investment strategist with over three decades of experience in commercial real estate, hospitality development, and financial structuring. He has previously served as the CEO of Assets Real Estate Development and Ithaafushi Investments, among other executive roles, leading multibillion-dollar investments across luxury, commercial, and residential sectors.

As a specialist in strategic financial management, program development, and investment structuring, Dr. Aba Al-Khail has successfully managed large-scale projects across the GCC, Maldives, and beyond. His expertise in real estate valuation, capital structuring, and risk management positions him as a key figure in the global investment landscape.

Abid Butt is a global hospitality and real estate leader with deep expertise in organizational design and performance management. Known for his energetic and results-driven leadership, he has successfully launched renowned brands such as Four Points, Angsana, Dhawa, and Cassia. Abid is also the co-host of the acclaimed webinar series Hospitality Talks.

Mahmoud Abdelkhaliq is a strategic and results-driven CFO and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over 25 years of diverse experience across statutory audit, consulting, private equity, real estate, power generation, healthcare, pharmaceutical and chemical manufacturing, and listed companies. He began his career with Big Four firms and has since led financial transformation initiatives across multiple sectors. Known for his deep financial expertise, operational leadership, and strategic insight, he excels in aligning financial strategy with corporate goals. Mr. Abdelkhaliq holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Jordan and is a CPA licensed by the New Hampshire Board of Accountancy (USA).

Rony Mourani is a seasoned executive in real estate and retail development with over 20 years of experience across the GCC. As CEO of Assets Management Company, he has led the transformation of the firm into one of Qatar’s largest real estate developers.

He has held senior positions with world-renowned organizations including The Ritz-Carlton, Four Seasons, Nakheel, and Dubai Holding, where he managed luxury hotels, resorts, and complex mixed-use projects.

Renowned for driving operational excellence and sustainable value creation, Thorsten brings deep expertise in asset management, facilities optimization, and strategic growth.

As CEO of Assets Hospitality, he oversees global operations and development initiatives, with a focus on business optimization, innovation, and service excellence.

Besher Jannan is a senior executive with over 25 years of international experience in high-end real estate development. He leads the strategic planning and execution of a development portfolio exceeding USD 7 billion, including hospitality, mixed-use, residential, and commercial projects. His expertise includes project management, operational excellence, risk mitigation, and aligning developments with organizational goals. Throughout his career, he has held senior roles across real estate development, client representation, construction management, design consultancy, and interior fit-out contracting.

Besher holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Florida Atlantic University, USA. He is a Certified Architect with multiple professional certifications from the U.S. and the Middle East.

Roy Khattar is a marketing and business development leader with over 25 years of global experience in commercial real estate, residential communities, and mixed-use developments. He has led iconic brands across the Middle East and internationally.
In his current role, Roy drives business development and strategic growth initiatives in real estate and retail. Known for his collaborative leadership and commercial acumen, he plays a key role in identifying new opportunities and ensuring long-term success.

Vijay Kumar is a seasoned leader with over 24 years of experience in procurement, logistics, and process excellence across FMCG, manufacturing, and diversified industries in the Indian Subcontinent, Gulf, and MEA regions. At Power International Holding, he leads digital transformation and operational optimization using ERP/SAP systems and data analytics.

Previously, he held key roles at Baladna Food Industries and other major organizations, delivering value through strategic sourcing, supplier management, and sustainability initiatives. Vijay holds a Mechanical Engineering degree, an MBA in Supply Chain Management, and certifications including MLS-SCM, Train-the-Trainer (ITC Geneva), and Harvard ManageMentor, with expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and TQM.

Bino Sebastian is a senior leader with over 25 years of experience across strategic sourcing, commercial operations, and supply chain management in sectors including utilities, automotive, FMCG, healthcare, hospitality, and contracting.

At Power International Holding, he leads group-wide supply chain operations and strategic sourcing, delivering integration, efficiency, and long-term value. His previous roles include leadership positions at Aggreko UK Ltd and Rental Solutions & Services, with global exposure across Europe, Asia, the Americas, and the Middle East. Bino holds a Master’s in Computer Science and certifications in Six Sigma Black Belt and project management (APM).

Abedalrazzaq Al Shurbaji is a seasoned civil law-qualified bilingual lawyer and a member of the Jordanian Bar Association since 2007, bringing 16 years of post-qualification experience. He has built a diverse legal career that spans private practice and in-house legal leadership across a range of industries, including banking and finance at Citibank, hospitality, real estate development, automotive, and TMT.

He offers deep expertise in litigation management, commercial contracts, and corporate law. He has extensive regional and cross-border experience across the GCC, enabling him to provide strategic legal counsel and navigate complex regulatory environments across multiple jurisdictions.

Ahmad Jannoun is a human resources and corporate strategy expert with experience across aviation, retail, engineering, oil & gas, hospitality, and real estate. He has led organizational transformation, governance initiatives, and cultural change programs for large corporate groups and family-owned businesses.
Ahmad holds a Doctorate in Governance and Sustainability, an MBA in Management, and an Executive Diploma in Corporate Strategy from Harvard Business School. He is also a certified Board Director by the International Finance Corporation (IFC) of the World Bank. In addition to his executive role, he contributes to academic research and serves on several advisory boards.
