His expertise also extends to other major developments and key infrastructure initiatives. Nasser has also served as the CEO of Qatari Diar, one of Qatar’s leading real estate companies and as Chairman of QDVC, among other influential roles. Dr. Mohammed T. Eyad Abdulrahim is a seasoned finance professional with over 25 years of experience leading finance departments in top companies across the Middle East and GCC. He has held executive roles across diverse businesses, demonstrating expertise in finance, governance and strategic growth.

With a career that spans the GCC and beyond, Rony has successfully led the development of iconic mixed-use projects across the UAE, Qatar, KSA and Oman, managing developments valued at tens of billions of dollars. His expertise encompasses a wide range of sectors, including retail, F&B, entertainment and media, with his notable contributions to the success of the Mall of Qatar standing as a testament to his leadership and vision.

Ammar Hilal, as Chief Operating Officer of Hospitality, oversees the asset management of a diverse portfolio of franchised and managed hotels, resorts and serviced residences across the midscale, lifestyle, luxury and ultra-luxury segments. With over thirty years of experience in luxury hospitality, Ammar has worked with some of the world’s most prestigious hotel brands, including Kempinski, Mandarin Oriental, Hilton, Ritz-Carlton, One&Only, Jumeirah and Accor. His career has taken him to renowned cosmopolitan destinations across Europe, Asia, America and the Middle East, providing him with a deep global perspective on hospitality trends and market dynamics.
Ammar also serves on the boards of several prominent companies, where he continues to contribute his expertise in hospitality and business development.

Omar Almashour is a seasoned finance executive with over 20 years of experience in corporate finance, investment management and business transformation. As Group Chief Financial Officer, he expertly manages a global portfolio valued at over USD 5 billion, with a strong focus on portfolio management, debt restructuring, IPOs, M&A and financial strategy.
Omar’s distinguished career is backed by his extensive expertise in private equity, risk management and digital transformation, which has allowed him to successfully lead major financial operations, negotiate high-impact investments and drive sustainable business growth. Prior to his current role, Omar served as Financial Advisor to the Chairman at Power International Holding and General Manager of Finance at Union Iron & Steel Company.

Victoria Frost is a highly accomplished senior marketing and communications professional, with over 25 years of experience leading brand and marketing strategies across iconic hospitality brands, residential communities and multi-faceted mixed-use developments across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
In her current role, Victoria oversees marketing activities across the group, leveraging her expertise to drive impactful strategies that elevate brand presence and engage diverse audiences. With over 32 years of expertise in the built environment, he has focused on commercial real estate, managing a diverse range of properties, including malls, office towers, residential complexes and mixed-use developments, totaling over 4 million sqm.

Akram Akkar is an experienced General Manager with over 15 years of expertise in the mall industry, specializing in asset and property management across both commercial and residential sectors. Throughout his career, Rami has held key leadership positions, including Director of Sales & Marketing at Al Bustan Palace, a Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Oman, and Acting General Manager at Anantara Al Jabal Al Akhdar Resort. He also served as General Manager overseeing the pre-opening of Avani Muscat Hotel & Suites. Rony Sayhouni is the Hotel Manager at Maysan Doha LXR, bringing a wealth of experience in luxury hospitality management. He began his career at Sheraton Kuwait Luxury Collection, where he rapidly advanced to senior roles, before moving to Doha, where he played a pivotal role in the pre-opening of W Doha.
His expertise was further expanded when he joined Assets Hospitality, where he served as Hotel Manager for the pre-opening of Embassy Suites. He then transitioned to DoubleTree by Hilton Doha Downtown, before taking on his current leadership role at Maysan Doha LXR Hotels & Resorts.
Throughout his career, Roni has demonstrated a strong commitment to excellence, leading teams and driving success in some of the most prestigious hotel brands in the region.

Bernard Fantoli is a seasoned hospitality professional with over 35 years of global experience, having held executive food & beverage and general management roles at prestigious hotels within Hilton, Marriott, IHG and Time Hotels across prominent international destinations. Before joining AlRayyan Hotel Doha, Bernard served as the General Manager at DoubleTree by Hilton, Downtown Doha.
With extensive expertise in kitchen operations, food and beverage, catering, and general management, Bernard has set and maintained exceptional service standards throughout his career. His commitment to service excellence has been honed in diverse regions such as Europe and the Far East, where he has consistently delivered exceptional service in competitive environments.
Educated primarily in Belgium and France, Bernard has also pursued continued training in Hong Kong, Miami, Aruba, and Dubai. He is an active member of prestigious culinary organizations, an exclusive association of executive chefs chosen from their peers by invitation only, and the Académie Culinaire de France, the world’s oldest association of chefs.

Adham Adham leads with extensive expertise in luxury hospitality, currently serving as the Rooms Division Manager at LXR Katara Hills Resort. With a strong background in high-end hospitality operations, Adham has developed a deep understanding of guest experience, service excellence, and operational leadership.

Over the past 10 years , Adham has gained significant experience working with world-renowned hotel brands. He spent three and a half years at W Hotel, followed by one and a half years at JW Marriott Hotel. Further enriching his expertise, he contributed one year and seven months at Al Messila Luxury Collection, refining his skills in ultra-luxury hospitality.

Expanding into large-scale event management, he joined a crucial role in the FIFA World Cup event managed by Accor for one year, ensuring seamless hospitality operations on a global stage. Following this, he joined Embassy Suites by Hilton, continuing to enhance his leadership in the hospitality industry.

With experience spanning luxury hotels, large-scale international events, and exclusive resort management, Adham brings a wealth of knowledge in hospitality operations, guest satisfaction, and team leadership across diverse global markets.

Kamran Yar Hussain is an accomplished Senior Manager of Finance, entrusted with overseeing all financial operations related to the portfolio of hotels. With more than 15 years of extensive experience in the hospitality industry, he has demonstrated exceptional expertise in managing financial functions for hotels across South Asia, Central Asia, and the Middle East. Kamran has successfully overseen financial operations for six prestigious Marriott brands, as well as several renowned independent hotels. His in-depth knowledge and strategic insight are further complemented by his four-year tenure at PwC, one of the world’s leading auditing firms, where he gained invaluable experience in financial management and auditing excellence.
