Bernard Fantoli is a seasoned hospitality professional with over 35 years of global experience, having held executive food & beverage and general management roles at prestigious hotels within Hilton, Marriott, IHG and Time Hotels across prominent international destinations. Before joining AlRayyan Hotel Doha, Bernard served as the General Manager at DoubleTree by Hilton, Downtown Doha.
With extensive expertise in kitchen operations, food and beverage, catering, and general management, Bernard has set and maintained exceptional service standards throughout his career. His commitment to service excellence has been honed in diverse regions such as Europe and the Far East, where he has consistently delivered exceptional service in competitive environments.
Educated primarily in Belgium and France, Bernard has also pursued continued training in Hong Kong, Miami, Aruba, and Dubai. He is an active member of prestigious culinary organizations, an exclusive association of executive chefs chosen from their peers by invitation only, and the Académie Culinaire de France, the world’s oldest association of chefs.
