Mehmet Even has 35 years of experience in real estate investment, development, and operations, delivering large-scale, multifunctional projects across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, including the UK, Germany, Turkey, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and the Maldives.
Before joining Assets Group as CEO Europe, he held senior roles at Bloom Holding (UAE) and PIF Saudi Arabia (Red Sea Global / AMAALA), overseeing mega projects totaling USD 65 billion.
He previously served as CEO of Rixos Group Development Company (Accor) and EVP at Zorlu Real Estate Group, leading landmark projects exceeding USD 15 billion.
Earlier roles include senior positions at GMR, Sama Dubai, and Inter IKEA. Mehmet is an architect and urban planner, holding three master’s degrees in architecture, finance, and real estate development.
