Power International Holding (PIH) participated in the Education City Job Fair 2022, which took place at Texas A&M University at Qatar on Sunday 13th March.
More than 1,500 students and alumni had the chance to explore exciting career prospects in 5 different business sectors and learn more about PIH’s career development program.
“Be Part of the Success” is a program designed by PIH for graduates with entry-level experience to develop the necessary skill sets to thrive across highly competitive industries, and to build a successful and rewarding career.
The program is tailored to develop future leaders and is supported by L&D programs and employee engagement initiatives.
The fresh graduates apply through an online application integrated with PIH’s career portal, followed by panel Interviews to allow the managers to get to know the applicants better and assess their fit to each role.
